Adelaide's newest noted female Dj –"Dj Femme"- has played and rocked the dance floors of some of the hottest nights , clubs and music festivals interstate and around town.
She has supported some of the big names in the industry such as - The Stafford Brothers, Potbellies, The Proxy, Hoxton Whores, Andy Murphy, Grafton Primary, Tommy Trash, Van She, Bang Gang Djs, Mr Timothy, Carl Kennedy, Ivan Gough and Kill The Noise, John Course, Vandalisim, Timmy Trumpet, Tenzin, Tom Piper plus many many more.
Currently holding Weekly residences at Adelaide's hippest new Thursday night -Almost Famous@ Apple Nightclub, Wed night Garden Party@ Alma Hotel. Also now the first ever female resident Dj sat nights at Adelaide's massive and much demanded- Red Square Nightclub.
Since making a huge impression in such a short space of time Femme is high in demand… In fact lately the female Dj is never really at home. Since being spotted by management early this year whilst playing @Summerfieldayze Gold Coast, Femme spends every second weekend, if not every week away from home playing interstate gigs! Clubs are not only enjoying her consistent sound but also the energy and vibe she brings with it! Clearly the most important factor are the tunes for this dedicated blonde but she also likes to have some serious fun! Femme will tell you its not about looking the package, its about loving what you do and being dedicated to the music and the industry. Charting ARIA charts each week also shows her dedication/passion.
Due out Sept 2010 DJ Femme will be mixing her first compilation CD for LNG productions and Universal music - "Pump It" - A huge indication that this girl is headed in the right direction.
